Welcome to Choral Discovery Day, hosted by Oxford University Press. Join us at Deutsche Chorzentrum Berlin for an afternoon of singing new and exciting choral repertoire for mixed voices by British and American composers.
The event will be led by acclaimed choral leader and former member of Voces8, Charles MacDougall. He will present a range of new pieces, with a focus on:
· Women composers of the 21st century (e.g. Cecilia McDowall, Sarah Quartel and more)
· German language editions of pieces by John Rutter, Bob Chilcott and Sarah Quartel
· Repertoire to broaden your horizons, with a diverse range of other composers (such as Toby Young, Reginal Wright, Reena Esmail and more)
